The winery is located close to the main business centre of Sanur and is fitted out in stainless steel to maintain cleanliness. The winery has a horizontal press, and over 60 large wine tanks, fermenters, a bottling room, and a quality control laboratory. It produces around 60.000 liters of wine per month and could bottled 1.000 bottles per hour.
